COVID-19: River podiatry Safety Procedures
On March 31, 2020, River Podiatry will be re-opening our doors to the public to help patients address their foot and ankle health issues. Our thought process is simple. With hospitals and emergency rooms inundated with COVID-19, we want to provide a safe, secure and clean environment for people in our community who need to address their foot and ankle pain. With the breakout of the Coronavirus in the New York Metropolitan Area, our team at River Podiatry will be taking extra precautions during this time.
COVID-19 SCREENING
All patients, visitors and staff must answer NO to ALL the following questions to be allowed at any of the clinics:
Do you have a fever, cough or any flu/cold-like symptoms or generally feeling unwell?
Have you travelled outside of the United States in the last 14 days?
Is there any chance you’ve been in contact with someone with COVID-19 or any flu/cold-like symptoms?
Has anyone in your household or you have had close contact with individuals who have travelled anywhere outside of the United States in the last 14 days?
If YES is answered to any of the above questions, that individual cannot come to any of the clinics for a minimum of 14 days. We advise those that are unable to come into our clinics to set up a telemedicine appointment by contacting us by email at info@riverpodiatry.com.
