    3. Repeat each motion 10 times.

    4. You can do both feet at the same time or alternate your feet depending on your comfortability.

    1. Sit up straight in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.

    2. while keeping your toes on the floor, raise your heels. Stop when only the balls of the feet remain on the ground.

    3. Hold this position for 5 seconds before lowering your heels.

    4. For the second step, raise your heels and point your toes so that only the tips of the big and second toes are touching the floor.

    5. Hold this position for 5 seconds.

    6. For the third stage, raise the heels and curl the toes inward so that only the tips of your toes are touching the floor. Hold this position for 5 seconds.

    7. Repeat each stage up to 10 times as you build your flexibility and mobility.
