Sometimes it’s difficult for children to realize that they have an issue with their feet on their own, so as a parent, here are 3 things to look out for:
If they are playing less physical games than usual, especially ones that they typically enjoy.
They’ve all of sudden started to become clumsy. The tendency to trip and fall can mean a biochemical or muscle imbalance.
They’re not progressing as fast as their peers. You can usually ask for feedback from their teacher or gym teacher to see where they are in comparison to their classmates.
